A Progressive Web App (PWA) built to enhance the hotel guest experience by making key stay-related services easily accessible from a mobile-friendly web interface. The app allows guests to complete online check-in, view important booking details, access property location information, receive room access codes, and make secure reservation payments. It also supports service requests before and during the stay, including requests for additional amenities or room-related updates. By bringing these interactions into one convenient platform, the app helps properties deliver a smoother, more modern guest journey from pre-arrival to check-out.

01 The Challenge

Guest communication and service workflows are often fragmented across phone calls, front desk interactions, emails, and manual processes, which can reduce convenience for guests and create additional operational overhead for hotel staff. The challenge was to build a single digital experience that gives guests easy access to important booking and stay information while also allowing them to complete actions such as check-in, payments, and service requests without friction. The solution needed to be accessible, simple to use, and practical for guests across a wide range of devices.

Developed a Progressive Web App that centralizes essential guest interactions into one seamless and mobile-friendly experience. The platform enables online check-in, provides quick access to booking details and property information, supports secure payment handling, and allows guests to request extra services or room updates directly through the app. By digitizing these touchpoints, the solution improves convenience for guests while reducing manual coordination for property staff, resulting in a more efficient and service-oriented hospitality experience.
